With our reservations software, guests:
- Visit your website and explore your property information pages
- Click on your Reservations link and check if you have rooms available for their chosen dates
- Choose their preferred room type and rate
- Enter their personal details and credit card details onto the Globekey secure server
- Receive instant confirmation of their reservation, and an automatic email from your property thanking them for booking
Each time a guest confirms a reservation, the property booked receives an automatic email from the guest summarising the booking details. This email invites the property to go into the Globekey 'back office' and retrieve credit card details from the password-protected secure server.
Globekey does NOT clear any guest payments or charge money to the guest's credit card.
